What is the average cost of a box?
Boxes typically range from $200 - $800 each, depending on what items you select to include.
We have high profile clients that will receive a VC Gifts box. Will you sign an NDA?
Yes, only our owner will have access to the recipients' contact information and it will never be shared.
Are there any required items in the box?
Yes, each box requires a branded, handwritten, personalized card and envelope. The rest of your box can be customized.
Can we include our own items in the gift box?
Yes, there is a $10 corkage fee, per product, per box.
Is there a required minimum number of boxes to order?
We require a 100 box minimum. If your order is below, there is a $5000 less than minimum fee charge.
What type of items can I have in my box?
Here is a listing of the brands that we have offer. If you don't see what you want, contact our stylist and we will make it happen!
Does every item in the box have to be branded?
That is up to you.
Our client wear different sizes, how do we get that information to you?
With the help of your team we will send out a Survey Monkey to your clients and get their apparel size.
Will we see a box with our branded items before it is sent out?
You will see the finished box (product proof) which will require your approval before production, so there are no surprises!
How long does it take from the time we order to the time the boxes are shipped out?
Our standard turnaround time is 6-8 weeks. We do everything we can to meet a deadline if you provide it at the time of ordering. If you require a quicker turnaround time, there is a 20% rush charge.
Will you ship each box to our clients’ individual addresses for us? (Example: Are they able to go to 1200 different addresses?)
Yes we will!
How do you ship?
We use FedEx Ground unless otherwise arranged.
What is the cost of shipping?
You will be charged standard shipping charges.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, there is an additional $20 handling fee per box. We will complete the paperwork for you!
